Macduff Crab Pasta

Experience the taste of the ocean with our Macduff Crab Pasta Cook at Home Box, available exclusively at our Fish Shop. This delightful package includes succulent crab meat harvested locally, paired with premium pasta and a flavourful sauce, ready to be easily prepared in your kitchen. Treat yourself and your guests to a gourmet seafood delight that promises to impress with its and freshness, all from the comfort of your home.

1. Bring 3 litres of water the boil with 1 tablespoon of table salt. Once boiling add the pasta.
2. After 6 minutes, take 1 cup of the cooking water and place in a wide pan over a medium high heat. 3. Add the brown crab meat and most of the chilli oil, reserving some oil to drizzle over the finished pasta.
4. The pasta should be ready after 8-10 minutes, lift the pasta out with tongs and add to the now boiling crab sauce. Add in the white crab meat and toss to bring the pasta and sauce together.
5. Finish with the lemon juice and check the seasoning. Split the pasta between two warm plates and finish with a drizzle of the remaining chilli garlic oil.
