Our new 5 year old Single Malt Whisky has a saline profile that pairs perfectly with seafood, particularly our oysters. It was matured for 5 years in a combination of ex sherry casks, adding a depth of tannins, and ex bourbon casks that brings lighter notes of vanilla. Bottled in its natural colour and elevated by lighter citrus notes on the palate, it also cuts through the oiliness of smoked fish beautifully.

Selected for us by our friends at Ardnamurchan Distillery, Fish Shop’s Single Malt Whisky was distilled only a few hundred metres away from Loch Sunart. Scotland’s second longest sea loch, the saline atmosphere surrounding the ageing warehouses and the mineral-rich water used to craft the spirit impart a natural saltiness to the matured whisky.

Collection is between 12pm and 4pm Wednesday – Saturday
Order by 2pm for same day collection (Wed – Sat)
