Build your own shellfish extravaganza this coming bank holiday Monday. We’ll be serving all shellfish by weight, so you can curate your own perfect platter – as big or as small as you’d like! Dive into Shetland mussels, Lochleven surf clams, Macduff crab and lobster, and hand-dived scallops and more, subject to what is available – all topped with our own wild garlic butter using wild garlic foraged from Invercauld Estate. ⁠

We’ll be opening English sparkling and French champagne as the perfect accompaniment but the full drinks list along with snacks, sides and desserts will all be available as normal. ⁠ Open from 6pm – book your spot via the link below for a celebration of Scottish shellfish. ⁠
